HSCSN, a government agency serving families, approached us with an urgent request to redesign an event flyer for their upcoming Family Fun Day celebrating their 30th anniversary. They provided an existing design file and required a series of updates, all to be completed within the same day.

Approach:
We started by updating the header and replacing the main image with a vibrant, summer-themed family photo. We added the 30th-anniversary message at the top, ensuring it stood out. An event schedule was integrated into the lower half of the flyer, maintaining a clear and organized layout.

Outcome:
Despite the tight deadline, we successfully delivered a refreshed, engaging flyer that met HSCSN’s requirements within the same day. The new design highlighted the event’s family-friendly nature while celebrating 30 years of service to the community.
